Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy is adopted under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations (Decree 1074 of 2015) and applies to personal data we receive through this website, by email and in business meetings. This is a courtesy translation; the Spanish version prevails.

1. Data we collect

Name, company, work email, phone number (if provided) and any information you include in your messages about your project or needs.

2. Purposes

  • Responding to your requests and scheduling the executive assessment.
  • Preparing and sending service proposals.
  • Performing and managing the contractual relationship, where one exists.
  • Sending information about our services, only with your consent; you may opt out at any time.
  • Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

3. Your rights

You may access, update and correct your data; request proof of your consent; be informed of how your data has been used; revoke consent or request deletion where there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; access it free of charge; and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

4. How to exercise your rights

Email Gerencia@VyACapitalProjects.com with your name, your request and a way to reply. Inquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15) business days, as provided by law.

5. Security and transfers

We apply reasonable measures to protect information. Data may be hosted by technology providers (such as email, form and web hosting services) that may be located outside Colombia and process it on our behalf solely for the purposes of this policy. We do not sell personal data.

6. Effective date

This policy is effective as of October 2026. Any material change will be posted on this page. Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
